About us<\/h1><\/div>

we\u2019re proud to be on the cutting edge\nof a sustainable new beginning.<\/h2><\/div>

We\u2019re an all-Italian industrial project that believes in a circular economy.
\nIt\u2019s never simple to make objectives converge.
\nBut at CPR System<\/strong> and Lucart<\/strong>, we\u2019ve succeeded in doing just that.
\nWe\u2019ve created a virtuous supply chain<\/em>, and we found a common mission to found a new company: Newpal<\/strong>.
\nWe opened our company in 2019, using results from a research project that began in 2016. Our ambition was to create new pallets with recycled materials.
\nToday, our first pallet was awarded an Italian patent for industrial invention. The production system is completely Made in Italy, and it allows us to use heterogeneous recycled plastic materials and obtain an excellent moulding speed. We\u2019ve automated every production phase to guarantee maximum efficiency and a competitive price.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Through our sustainable development project, it is now possible to use secondary raw materials from post-consumption and post-production recycling processes.<\/strong>
\nEverything starts from drink cartons like Tetra Pak\u00ae.
\n<\/span>We start with the carton, made of a bonded multi-layered structure of polyethylene and aluminium (a residue of the recycling process to recover cellulose used by Lucart for its own lines of recycled paper), to make GranPlast<\/strong>.
\n<\/span>Newpal uses GranPlast plastic granules to produce resistant sustainable pallets.
\n<\/span>CPR System will start using these pallets in their own pooling circuit.
\n<\/span>A virtuous production that lines up with the principles of a Circular Economy.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

WHISTLEBLOWING PROCEDURE<\/p>\n

\nIt aims to regulate the process of collecting and managing reports towards NEWPAL S.p.A., in compliance with current legislation and best practices in the field of whistleblowing<\/em>. In particular, the Company \u2013 through the Procedure<\/a> (click to download), aims to prevent and combat illicit behavior, protecting the confidentiality of whistleblowers and other protected subjects, safeguarding them from the risk of possible retaliation, without prejudice in any case to the rights and\/or obligations to report to the competent Judicial and Supervisory Authorities, and those to report to the control bodies established at the Company.
